New School Principal Announcement

Dear families of Saint Lawrence Catholic Church and School,
It is with great joy and excitement that I announce to you the appointment of Joseph Gaudio as the next principal of Saint Lawrence Catholic School. Currently, Mr. Gaudio is a teacher at Aquinas Institute. Mr. Gaudio will begin on Tuesday 26 May 2026.
I am grateful for the service of Anne Marie Deutsch as our Interim Principal. Mrs. Deutsch will remain until the end of the year so that we may have a good transition.
I ask your prayers on this Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord for our new principal and for our entire parish.

Rosary Ministry

June Rosary will be Sunday, June 7 following the 10am Mass (approx. 11am) in Deacon Hall.  We’ll be having Coffee and Breakfast Treats before praying the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary.

Dimitri House – June 14, 2026

Dimitri House, located at 102 North Union Street in the City, offers a food cupboard and drop-in lunch program that supplements weekly needs of 12,500 people in our community on an annual basis. Please join Dimitri House in stocking the cupboard shelves for local families in the Rochester Community, the weekend of June 13/14.

Items needed:
Paper Products: toilet, toweling, tissues, plates, napkins.

Hygiene Products: soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, razors and shaving cream, feminine products.

Cleaning Supplies: laundry and dish soap, disinfectant.

The Human Development Committee of St. Lawrence thanks you for your generosity, as we share a little of what we have. Please have your donations at church by Sunday, June 14, by 11:00.
