Description:

This ministry started in June of 1995.  The group gets together on a monthly basis typically after the 9:30 am  Mass on Sunday.  They gather to pray the rosary either at one of the members house, at Deacon Hall here at St. Lawrence, or at the Padre Pio Chapel in Gates, NY.  They begin with a social time for about 45 minutes, then all attending pray the Rosary of the Season. (eg - during Lent they pray the Sorrowful Mysteries)

Membership:

This ministry is open to all age groups. Families are encouraged to participate. Currently the group has over 50 members.

Ways To Participate:

Attend whenever it is convenient.

Commitment:

About 1 ½ hours per month.

Skills Required:

No special skills are required.  If you have never prayed the rosary before, the group will be more than happy to guide you through the prayer.  Pamphlets are available for you to take home and use.

Trips to Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica in Buffalo, NY and Our Lady of Fatima Shrine in Lewiston, NY.
